costume not unlocked #1704

Describe the bug The midnightrider costume is not unlocked despite being several levels higher than needed to unlock in it the pass. Says it was unlocked at level 5 but I'm pretty sure it got moved by an update so it's not letting me unlock it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Not sure how this happened, but I suspect it is due to the placement of the costume changing after a patch.

Expected behavior I should have the costume.
