Individual Haute Couture Items Cost the Same as the Full Set

Describe the bug In the Shop, the new Haute couture Succubus costumes sets cost 50 NEP or 100 data fragments, but the individual items from the set are the same 50 NEP/100 data fragments.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the store.
2. Click on Haute Couture.
3. Notice the cost of each item in NEP and data fragments.
4. Select an investigator and view the available Items.
5. Notice the same price full costume price for individual pieces.

Expected behavior Individual items of the costume should cost and fraction of the total based on how many pieces are involved in the set.
