Move serial monitor icon / button to the right side of the toolbar. #514

What change would like to see?

Move the serial monitor icon (button) to the right side of the editor toolbar.

Why?

Zambetti said so.  :)

Cool.  I didn't realize it would be such a small change to the code!  

Two more super-picky things: can we move it to the left a little?  See: 
http://zambetti.com/misc/arduino/ for Nick's rendering.  Also, the text that 
appears when you hover over the toolbar buttons is too far to the right now (as 
if the Serial Monitor were still in its previous position).  Can we fix that?
