Keyboard shortcut for "Burn Bootloader" #603

Can you please add a keyboard shortcut command-b for "Burn Bootloader"?

Now you finally have a dedicated menu for selecting the programmer and a new 
button for burning the bootloader. So it is possible to hit the new button 
again and again and burn bootloaders time and time again to many devices (using 
the same programmer). We had this feature on the LumiNet IDE (fork of 
Arduino0014) and it helped us a lot.

No incompatibilities as long as command-b is not taken on any operating 
system...

I think that "burn bootloader" is a pretty dangerous command to have a hotkey 
for that ought to mean "backward word."  (or on any hotkey, for that matter.)  
If you want to burn bootloaders in bulk, there are other tools...
