What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Arduino.
2. Minimize a window.
3. Look at the dock icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It's super ugly and pixelated.  It should be the same as the application icon.  
I think this is because we explicitly set the icon for the windows (because 
otherwise Windows show the Java icon).  We should avoid doing this on Mac OS X.
