New avrdude #620

What change would like to see?
I had problems with avrdude then I downloaded the sources and recompile it 
using  version 5.10 with the latest patches for windows-linux and MacOS X.
This version includes a new upload protocol "arduino"

Why?
For the sake of simplicity I'm still a fan of serial arduinos, with old avrdude 
they just couldn't sync using optiboot firmware. with this new ones I got 
115200 bps  and I test them on linux and windows

I would like to share this files with you guys. so you can distribute 
eventually in a new arduino release.
