v1.5 Update #14

UI Improvements:

Stylish screen titles in app bar
Tweak UI colors (inspired by Material You)
Major Dark mode color overhaul
Increase FavGrid padding by 2dp (to reduce accidental touches while holding)
Move secondary prompts to a hide able panel (set default launcher, phone call start permission)

Under the hood improvements:

Migrated to Flutter 2.5 (new ThemeData, Null Safety)
Follow flutter_lints
Updated packages: contacts_service, device_apps, permission_handler, provider, shared_preferences
Add test for app model/provider and run on GitHub CI
Misc. code clean up/refactoring
