UI Improvements:

Added Italian Translation
Fix padding around reorder card

Under the hood improvements:

Executables built using Flutter 2.10
Updated to Kotlin 1.6.10
Compile and target SDK Android 12
Updated packages: auto_size_text, permission_handler, provider, shared_preferences
Code clean up/refactoring.

Added (inaccessible) draft settings page for future use.
