[BUG] Game freezes during launching

Modpack Version 1.6.1a

Minecraft Version 1.18.2

Describe the crash or bug Game loads to a point then freezes for several minutes, refusing to load any further and not printing to logs at all Game window does not appear CPU/Disk/RAM usage is fully frozen, no system resource usage

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Unknown reproduction steps, my other computer is fine but should use the same settings

Crash log or latest.log.log paste.ee MultiMC latest.log

Additional context Main Launcher: MultiMC v0.6.16-3431 Backup Launcher Attempt: Curseforge Latest

Solved by disabling NVIDIA GeForce Experience In-Game Overlay, and disabling VPN
