Chunks become dark and won't light (Mob spawns happen so its not a shader issue) [BUG]

Minecraft Version 1.19.2

Describe the crash or bug A chunk has become dark at all times, including the day and wont light from light sources either. Mobs also spawn there now which is fun

Steps to reproduce the behavior: No idea, but it's happened before in the world when I was running AQM2 1.1

Expected behavior What is the expected outcome?

Well its now apparently resolved for that cunk and the one thats been bugged for ages
