[BUG] Server crashing when laser emitter is on and an other item is added to the energy circuit

Modpack Version 1.8.2

Minecraft Version 1.19.2

Describe the crash or bug When I add an item to an energy circuit with glass fiber cable and this energy circuit has already a laser emitter activated, the glass fiber cable connects to the new item and the server crashes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an basic energy circuit, for example a MFSU, Quantum Solar Panel and Glass fiber cables
2. Link the Laser emitter to the system with Glass fiber cables
3. Activate the Laser emitter with a lever
4. Link another energy item to the system, like a coal generator from Industrial Revolution
5. The server crashes

Expected behavior Same as the last point but the server should not crash.

Might be best to report this to the developer of the mod as I would have no way of fixing a broken interaction between two mods due to the function.
