In-built mic does not work #18

I know it is a known issue, adding it here for records & updates.

Inbuilt mic will never work as the mic uses Intel Smart Sound Technology which is not supported by Apple. You can purchase external USB mic on Amazon.

Referring to above discussion, may be it is possible or may be it will be... fingers crossed ;)
