but online on CIA.vc website

ps1. we have some lots of git hooks on sourceforge and github

ps2. after i noticed the missing bot, from the same user i created a bot for 
#metareciclagem,
its the CIA-52 up and running.

ps3. yeah, i tried restarting the bot, loging in and out...
