Trying to change repository URL from https://dev.indepnet.net:8080/svn/glpi
to https://dev.indepnet.net/svn/glpi produce "An internal server error
occurred. Please try again later."

I'm hitting this too. :( We reorg'd our SVN repo and need to change the URL now 
and
can't.
