Bot not owned by someone we know is in our channel #33

If applicable, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. join #lobby on irc.ipv6.crystalnet.biz
2. U'll see CIA-1 and CIA-2
3. CIA-2 is not ours

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just CIA-1 should be in our chan, someone added CIA-2 some time ago

If applicable, what project is affected?
If you know, what version control system? What notification method?
(email, xmlrpc, repository polling)
CrystalBIN on SF.net using svn

Please provide any additional information below.
Some time ago CIA bot joined our channel, it isnt announcing anything but 
it is annoing to have a bot we dont know who activated in our cahnel,
please remove CIA-2 and keep CIA-1
