CIA-bot is not reporting on QuakeNet #42

If applicable, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update the repository
2. wait for a report
3. keep waiting till forever

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a report. I see no report.

If applicable, what project is affected?
If you know, what version control system? What notification method?
(email, xmlrpc, repository polling)
assaultcube (formerly: actioncube)

Please provide any additional information below.
Although issue #41 has been addressed - no more G-line ban - we are not getting 
any reports anymore.
It worked fine for a couple of days, but has just idled in the channel now for 
over 2 days - actually the last commit-message I see in my logs is over a week 
old. It ocassionaly drops out due to things like "excess flood", which I'm 
guessing is regarding other projects.
