Bot will not connect to irc.groupirc.net #59

1. Create bot to join irc.groupirc.net

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bot connected listing the amount users in the channel. Instead the bot never 
connects with status: Waiting for bots to connect

If applicable, what project is affected? openz, bibot, bibot2, Zippee
If you know, what version control system? What notification method?
(email, xmlrpc, repository polling) Mecurcial
