Add settled fund to account information #24

Hi Jafer, I added the settled fund to the account info. It's the cash available for trading in the cash account.

I work at Google too :)

Hey, I haven't had a chance to test this yet but will do shortly; were you able to verify this is compatible with both methods that retrieve account info? (i.e. v1 and v2)
