Colorpicker does not work with custom size #247

Description

The colorpicker sliders and selector do not work anymore, when the size is changed via CSS. Also the example in the documentation does not work:

Context

bootstrap-colorpicker version: 3.0.0-wip
bootstrap version: 3.3.7
jQuery version: 3.2.1
Browser name and version: All
Operative System name an version: Win 10

Expected behavior

The color should change in the preview and the slider should change the color in the selection.

Actual behavior

Initial color stays.
