Fix up handling.

A few issues:

• I'm recording the buys but Quicken won't recognize the income because it doesn't know the source of the money (that's buying). So contributions need to be accompanied by an income entry of the same value.
• Dividends aren't handled. Simple enough.
• It looks like aspire might use the term transfer to represent reinvesting. Not positive about this.
• There's some "capital gains" transactions. Not sure what these are yet but I suspect it's just recording the gain or loss of value of shares of various funds (so it's recording unrealized gain).

My finance knowledge is thoroughly incomplete but I'm hopefully learning slowly. My mother will probably be a useful resource here.

So it looks like there is no cash in my account, everything is always held in funds apparently. The dividend row is actually a "Reinvest Dividend" in Quicken's vocabulary.

Still not sure about the capital gains...
