MP Tuner Customization in Saved Vehicles #175

A small issue but the two universal tuning options introduced in MP Tuners, Drift Tyres and Lower Suspension (for the vehicles that have the appropriate flag), don't save in the saved vehicles. For instance, if I were to save a Jester Classic with Drift Tyres, the next time I spawn the vehicle, I'll need to reapply the Drift Tyres. Again the same goes for the Lower Suspension option for MP Tuner vehicles. As I said, a very small issue, but an issue nonetheless.

I can certainly adjust the drift tyres to be saved with a vehicle as they work in much the same way that tyre decals work; The lower suspension is more of a gameplay toggle and not something that is part of the tuning. I can look into it but I'm not sure that it is possible to save that with the vehicle
