Are you able to ascertain which version of menyoo last had this function? Would make finding the changes that caused this much easier.
I'm sure it was there as of the 'Doomsday dlc.' So many things stopped working as of the 'contract dlc' I've lost track. Thanks for getting back.

Maffin's older versions of Menyoo had a toggle where you could temporarily remove in-game props, vehicles and peds that naturally spawned where you loaded saved maps. Those annoying large garbage bins and vehicle spawns were neutralized in the immediate area where saved map objects, etc. spawned in. With that feature gone, If it's a dynamic in-game prop, it can be deleted temporarily. But leave the map and return, the in-game props respawn. Sure would be nice to get that feature back. Otherwise, it would be necessary to remove them in Codewalker and make a permanent ymap.
