Rejecting this in line with comments in PR #3 to remove the need for vehiclelist.xml.

Ah, VehicleList.xml is a nice lookup, especially with the annotations I've added...
I'll keep maintaining it for that sake, but it's good to see some innovation that makes that maintenance obsolete
