Add freemode peds back to Multiplayer Category #65

I had previously removed them and moved them to the Players category, however that doesn't seem to appear in game. Perhaps I mispelt it or broke it?

I'm going to decline this PR for now as the current released version has both of these peds in the multiplayer section (checked yesterday following a query on Discord). If that is the case then the origin may not be up to date with my local copy and I'll need to push.
