Overlays resetting their color when pickip a different one. - Bug #87

Hello, I just noticed this bug and I don't know if it's well known or not.

Makeup such as lipsticks, blusher, makeup and facepaints and maybe eyebrows reset the color to ID0 (Green) when picking a different one.

I believe this is by design rather than a bug, however it is something that has bothered me in the past as well, so certainly something I would like to look into.
