the problem is when i load a map, Peds are not on their exact locations when i set a scenario actions for them !! their positions change everytime i load an xml !!

Can you provide an example or steps to reproduce? My immediate thought is that you have set scenario actions that they start those actions as soon as the scene is loaded, so may not remain in their initial position as they start moving.

i actually realized that, this issue happens even with those peds that i didn't set any animation for them ( just standing with or without gun )!! i don't know what do you mean by steps but when i set an action for example standing guard for a ped and put him/her in front of a wall when i save it and after loading the xml, and with some of them it's like initially something hurts the peds and they make a noise then they start to do what i demanded but the ped appears not exactly in front of the wall and with random rotation !! the other thing is about seating !! when i make a seating in all animation and freaze peds on the chair after i load the map they just stand on the chair instead of sitting on it !!

Thanks for the insight, would you mind sharing an xml file or two where you notice this most so I can load and try to recreate the issue please

I don't actively fixe every issue that comes in, I have to select which of the many issues that have been raised I need to focus on. If progress is made you will see this update with reference to any new commits.
