Update the values under the constants/Colors.tsx

The following should be done to complete this issue:

[ ] primary color added
[ ] primary variant color added
[ ] surface color added
[ ] background color added
[ ] error color added
[ ] error variant color added
[ ] Remove any outdated colors

Additional Notes:

I do not see any dark mode variants with the prototype so focus on the light mode for now
To access the color styles, click on the properties tab and ensure you're not selecting one of the prototype screens
