Update color styles #30

Description

Updated Colors.tsx with Figma color styles. Removed outdated colors. Updated background color and primary buttoncolor on the Welcome, Onboarding, and Index pages. NB: One instance of light/dark mode tint applied to TabLayout, left the applicable color to avoid breaking.
