To complete this issue, complete the following tasks:

[x] Convert prototype screen to code in the index.tsx file
[x] Remove all irrelevant code from index.tsx file
[x] Clicking on the 'Sign Up' button will redirect the user to /signup page
[x] Clicking on the 'Continue your journey' button will redirect the user to /signin page
