Description

Updated Result component & assessment container to show appropriate results after user interaction
Updated Results stylesheet with success/error background color
Updated frontend directory name in README

Fixes #27

[x] Update the Result component so that it's not visible unless the user has selected an answer and hits the continue button
[x] The message of the Result component should tell the user if they got the right answer or not
[x] Disable the continue button until an answer has been selected
