change from 2 splash pages to one index page
Remove all irrelevant code from index.tsx file
Clicking on the 'Sign Up' button will redirect the user to /signup page
Clicking on the 'Continue your journey' button will redirect the user to /signin page, I used onboarding, let me know if it should link to welcome
