Place site under CDN #3

GoDaddy doesn't support ALIAS record to point your custom apex domain to itsmrwave.github.io and so this doesn't allow us to get the full benefits of Github's CDN to our page

We could use Cloudfront

Using Cloudflare which provides the CDN ... and DDoS mitigation (see #15)
