api응답시 공통으로 사용할 에러 포맷형식 추가 #24

간단하게 에러 포맷용파일 하나 추가했습니다. errors라는 패키지 이름이 golang 기본 패키지랑도 겹치는것 같아서 좀 걸리는데, 마땅한 이름이 떠오르진 않네여 ㅋㅋ

패키지 이름 충돌이 우려된다면 import 할 때 alias 를 사용하는 방법으로 회피하면 될 것 같아여

저는 이런식으로 사용하곤 있었어여 ㅋㅋ ex) import rgSessions "github.com/itslaves/rentalgames-server/common/sessions"
