Can't change music in Explore mode while in the pause sound options. #9

While it isn't that much of a problem, this was something you can do in the first Cars video game.

It seems one of the CarsUIPauseMenuSoundOptionsLayer functions have this specially disabled so Mater National would have the event point music thingy.
