Wireless setup corrupts Eeprom and ch4 motor output #445

Arducoper NG or ACM?
ACM 2.6
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Wirelessly changing PIDs, running level command and calibrating 
2.Saving settings and disconnect
3.Powerup in field and problem is there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Using Quad  X setup APM 
motor output #4 (ch4) is either minimum or minimum +200 after arming and adding 
some throttle.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 1 2560,QUAD X -mode, XBEE Pro 2.4GHz, WinXP 32b, MP 1.1.96-97.

Please provide any additional information below.Exact steps to reproduce this 
problem is hard. This have happend twice now and both times i changed multiple 
settings with MP, so i'm not sure how this happend.
Eeprom reset helps, rebooting or poweroff no. Included 2 tlog where behaviour 
is visible.  I have tried to reproduce this again without succeed.
