Mission Planner - Flight Modes - Save button does not come back #449

Arducoper ACM?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect your APM to the PC
2. Press Connect
3. Go to the Configuration screen
4. Click on Flight Modes
5. Change a flight mode
6. Save the changes
7. Change another flight mode

What is the expected output?
I expect to be able to Save the second change.

What do you see instead?
I am unable to click the Save button as it is a still a "Complete" button and 
the button is Disabled.

What version of the product are you using?
APM2
ArduCopter Firmware 2.6
Mussion Planner 1.1.98 mav 1.0

On what operating system?
Windows XP

It is possible to save a second change in MP 1.2.31. The button is called 
"Complete" after the first save, but is not disabled
