Server Stalls During Startup #400

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Server stalls when starting up consistently. Stall does not always occur, however it whenever it occurs, it occurs at the same stage.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load up Minecraft 1.18.2 sever running forge 40.2.9
  2. Start minecraft server using Better Animals Plus
  3. Server stalls consistently when reaching stage "Registering C2S receiver with id betteranimalsplus:main_channel/fd8d1482ead03ca8a9954263aa7f6289 dumping Runtime Pack's assets and data"

the dumping runtime pack thing implies some other mod is causing this
