[1.18.2] Wisp invisible on Minimal Particles setting #54

Describe the bug

Wisps are invisible when the video option Particles: Minimal is set.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Video options -> set Particles to Minimum
Go to the End, able to see Wisps on minimap, but not on screen
(Seemingly) Randomly get killed by " was lost to the night" because you can't see the Wisps

Expected behavior

Entities should never be fully hidden by setting Particles to Minimum.
