it lags so much, even while browsering the network or playing a video,even affecting orginal monitor performance,i think it's because it is not connected to gpu. In the settings it says connected to iddsampledriver device hdr, is there a way to connect the virtual monitor to the gpu?

It can sometimes default to integrated graphics. If you dont use integrated graphics you can disable integrated graphics being used in the bios
