Had the same problem, it worked once I moved the folder to C:\IddSampleDriver and repeated the instructions. 🤷‍♂️

This is the correct answer. The error occurs when the options file isn't in the C:\IddSampleDriver folder.

i get the same thing even after copying everything to C:\IddSampleDriver with the latest HDR driver, any clue what's going on?
