add rebalance type (organic, forward, missed htlc, etc) to jet rebalance-history #70
jet rebalace-history does not currently indicate whether a rebalance was organic, or if it originated due to a forward or a missed htlc. this makes it more difficult to interpret the results of rebalance-history. for example, in the screenshot below, the rebalance at 9:06 am was in follow up to a forward, as opposed to LNok changing classification from inbound to outbound.
