Spigot Version: 1.19.4 please run /ep debug and attach a screenshot image

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. When I ran /ep settings nothing happens and no menu opens. I works for a short period of time when someone joins for the first time but then no longer works until a restart occurs.

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expected the /ep settings menu to open
