Static uNav no longer loads #221

I get this console error in Chrome and the banner & footer are blank white:

Refused to display 'https://static-assets.ny.gov/load_global_menu/ajax?iframe=true&target=blank&xdiframe=%2Fiflow%2Fxd_nygov.html' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SameOrigin'.

In IE 11 it shows a browser-generated error message:

No code has changed on our site for weeks. Example site with the issue: https://www8.tax.ny.gov/PRIS/prisStart

Brought to my attention by @ITSMallen who is having the same issue at DMV.

The issue was resolved reported elsewhere and is now resolved.
