Call recording on all inbound routes on a tenant #223

Set the call recording criteria for a tenant, which sets  
media_bug_answer_req=true and 
$${recordings_dir}/${domain_name}/archive/${strftime(%Y)}/${strftime(%b)}/${strf
time(%d)}/${uuid}.mp3 etc etc.

So this then gets applied to all new inbound routes created on that tenant (or 
a check-box when creating a new inbound route to whether or not include this).

It's a feature request, to apply call recording statements automatically to all 
created inbound routes on a domain.

Has this been implemented yet? Is there an easy way to record all calls.

At the moment call recording has only been implemented and controlled on a per 
extension basis in version 3.5.  By default call recording is disabled but you 
can enable it for all extensions. This is the only workaround at the moment.
