Updating extension name does not update provisioned line entries #848

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make an extension with a name, eg 123_cisco
2. Make a device by entering the mac address
3. Go to the extension page and add the device as a line in "Device 
Provisioning"
4. Go to the device again, and you will see the User Name, Auth ID, Display 
Name, Password have been autofilled. 
5. Now go back to the extension and CHANGE the name (or even the password?)
6. Now go to the device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The device line entry does not reflect the changed name.
Thus the device fails to register. 

I would expect the device entry to be updated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

FusionPBX 3.7.1 updated to r7787
FreeSWITCH 1.4.14 git ca1d990
Debian Wheezy 32 bit

Extension password was fixed a some time ago so that when the extension is 
updated the password is updated on the device.

The name and extension are not updated.
