Spoken Absence message - Githubissues

Would like an function called "Spoken Absence Message".

An explanation regarding the function:
An user should be able to divert incoming calls to his/her voicemailbox and 
choose a "presence" message followed by time when he/she is back.

User can choose from messages like:
0 Be right back (followed with time)
1 Lunch (followed with time)
2 Out of office (followed with date)
3 Business trip (followed with date)
4 Back at aclock (followed with time)
5 Sick (followed with date)
6 Vacation (followed with date)
7 Back at date (followed with date)
8 Meeting (followed with time)

Example:
Function code for enabling the "Spoken Absence Message" is as example *23* 
(Message from list) (time in HHMM or date in MMDD)#

User dials *23* 1 1300#, and the users extension is forwarded to voicemail and 
presence message Lunch 13:00 is activated for the user.
Incoming calls to the extension will here: Welcome to COMPANY, Firstname 
Lastname is at lunch and will be back 13:00...

In FusionPBX web, a menu with dropdown boxes to choose Message and Time/Date 
would be great!
