Increase the size from 100 to 1000 units

This is what the available printer can do. What more can we get from this tenfold increase of resolution (in three dimension)? I've already prepared for this, but the question is on one hand about default values, and on the other about exposing this at the web UI.

We discussed increasing the size from 100 to 450 units, which corresponds to physical size of 450mm * 450mm. Commit 0bcbe08 does that. So closing.
