Right now the app is focusing on core use case (editing current issue & scheduling future issues), but for legacy data entry we might want to offer a separate UI that can edit arbitrary issues in the past.
This could be made a separate app, reducing mental overhead for site editors, but could reduce development overhead if we incorporate this UI into the same app.
