Added 980-F.32 English part #20

Hi Ron,

I believe this is most tricky doc I've typeset so far. I have spent several hours to finish it. So I decided to add only the first part (English language) for you to review and tell me if I'm going well.

This doc in particular contains a large table with lots of footnotes. And for that reason, I splitted the table in small parts according to the amount of footnotes.
