What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set up alarm
2. Start tracking
3. Message will appear:

Movements tracking was interrupted because battery went low.

Does not mater if battery is full. Does exactly same if plugged into charger. 
Battery saving mode is off. 
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: phone tracks my movements. 
Which phone model do you have?

Dell streak. Android 2.1 build 8105
Please provide any additional information below.
